A detailed construction programme is developed, along with a comprehensive budget and procurement strategy. No assumptions — every line item is quantified.

### Phase 3: Mobilise (Mobilização)
Specialist trade teams are assembled. The construction site is established with all required infrastructure. Materials are procured and delivery schedules confirmed.

### Phase 4: Execute (Execução)
Daily supervision ensures work proceeds to specification. Weekly reports track progress, costs, and quality. Zero deviation from the architect's design intent.

### Phase 5: Deliver (Entrega)
The completed project is inspected, commissioned, and formally handed over. Snag lists are resolved. Delivery happens on the date committed.
